Acon Timber Inauguration Day
On April 19th 2024, Gilbert participated in the Grand Opening Ceremony of the new Acon Timber Plant in Virasoro, Argentina. Acon Timber is a project of HS Timber Group, a timber processing company of Austrian origin, and the Belgian company Forestcape, which specializes in sustainable forestry investments.
Gilbert is proud to have supplied the Gilbert 6 Roll Planer and Splitting Module. The planer ran fantastic during the entire sawmill and planermill tour, for the hundreds of spectators from around the world.
